All of our items are handmade to order, so we do not offer refunds. However, if you don't love it, we'd love to work with you to make it right. Email us at info@mattieandmargot.com within seven days of receiving your order.

WARRANTY INFO

We want your dog accessories to last a long time!

Each MATTIE + MARGOT item is handmade by us in New Jersey. We use only the best materials, and we expect them to last. Scratches and slight fraying are considered normal wear and tear over time. (Fraying can be easily remedied by using a candle lighter against the frayed material.) If your dog scratches the ribbon but the metal parts are still looking great, we encourage you to try out our Recycling program!
